Can I send email from a dedicated server?
Mail ports (25, 465, 587) are blocked network-wide to protect deliverability. Use a third-party SMTP relay such as SendGrid, Mailgun or Amazon SES for outbound mail.
How many IPv4 addresses are included?
Plans include 5 or 10 public IPv4 addresses, and you can add up to 254 IPs per server on request.
Where are dedicated cloud servers hosted?
All Neqtor dedicated cloud servers are hosted in our Ashburn, USA East datacenter, with monthly billing and no lock-in.
What is the bandwidth allowance?
Every plan includes 5 TB of monthly bandwidth on a 500 Mbit/s–1 Gbit/s uplink. Overage is billed at $0.29/GB.
