1. Acceptance of Terms
By activating, ordering or using any Neqtor service, you accept these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Activation of an account binds you to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Orders
All orders are subject to fraud verification. Orders placed through a proxy, VPN, anonymizer or remote-desktop service may be declined. We may refuse, cancel or suspend service at our discretion.
3. Prohibited Persons & Sanctions
Services may not be used in violation of applicable export and trade laws. We do not provide service to OFAC-sanctioned territories, blocked entities, or for weapons-related activities.
4. Acceptable Use
The following content and links are not permitted: pirated software, hacking tools, "warez", and bulk-mailing scripts. Accounts engaged in illegal activity are terminated immediately, may incur a $199.00 cancellation fee, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Content Not Allowed
The following may not be hosted: phishing, exploits, crypto-mining applications, "hit" applications, public mail servers, file/upload-download services, spamming, torrents/trackers, adult content, game servers and voice servers (e.g. TeamSpeak), unless explicitly authorised in writing.
6. Network & Mail Policy
Outbound mail ports are blocked network-wide to protect deliverability (ports 25, 465 and 587; on VDS additionally 137, 138 and 139). Use a transactional email provider for outbound mail. Reverse DNS is available on request via support.
7. Bandwidth & Traffic
Inbound (ingress) traffic is free. Outbound (egress) traffic beyond your plan allowance is billed at approximately $0.29 per GB, charged monthly to your payment method, and may vary by region.
8. Billing & Payment
Services are billed on automatic monthly cycles via credit card or invoice. Accounts not paid within 24 hours of the due date may be suspended. Setup fees may apply to certain services.
9. Service Fees & Termination
On termination you remain liable for the full monthly fee for the current cycle. Fees are not pro-rated and are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy below.
10. Refund Policy
Web hosting includes a 15-day money-back guarantee; refunds may be reduced for usage. VPS, VDS and dedicated/cloud servers are non-refundable. Prepayment is available via PayPal.
11. Backups
We provide periodic backups (weekly and monthly; full-system backups for virtual servers) for our own disaster-recovery purposes only. Restoration is performed only after a complete system failure. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups.
12. Server Abuse
Any attack against Neqtor infrastructure or other customers results in cancellation of the account without eligibility for a refund.
13. Abuse Notifications
You will be given a 12-hour period to respond to an abuse report. Failure to respond may result in suspension. Reactivation after 36 hours of non-compliance may incur a fee of 20% of the service's monthly cost.
14. Suspension, Deactivation & Reactivation
Suspended accounts are reactivated upon payment of the outstanding renewal, generally without additional fees. We may remove accounts without advance notice where required to protect our network or comply with the law.
15. Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for HTTP, FTP, POP, IMAP and SMTP services (99.99% for VDS). Where eligible downtime exceeds this, affected months may receive pro-rated service credits as described in our SLA.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neqtor is not liable for downtime, crashes, data loss or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to termination of the affected service.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
